Tour Plan
Early in the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel in Dar es Salaam by your driver guide, and drive to Selous as you pass through the countryside. Arrive at Selous in the afternoon and have your lunch. After lunch go for an afternoon boat safari along river Rufiji and get to explore game on top of water in the comfort of your boat. See crocodiles, elephants and hippos across the river. In the evening go to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Have your breakfast at 7:00 am, and at 8:00 am, go for full day game drive inside the park which happens to be one of largest wildlife sanctuaries across Africa highly inhabited by game. See antelopes, wild dogs, many elephant herds, buffaloes, lions and all feline predators. Have your lunch at 12:30 pm and continue game drive until evening. In the evening go to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Rise up early in the morning and go for an early morning walking safari with an armed park ranger from 6:30 am to 9:00 am. Have your breakfast at 9:30 am then drive back to Dar es Salaam for drop off. End of tour.
