Tour Plan
Depart after breakfast for Serengeti National Park, driving through picturesque farmland of Karatu and up to Ngorongoro gate. Enjoy scenic views along the Crater rim and stop for photos at the crater viewpoint. Visit a Masai village for an immersive cultural experience, including a Q&A session and traditional dance. Proceed to Seronera, the heart of Serengeti, for a picnic lunch amidst the wildlife-rich plains. Enjoy an afternoon game drive, searching for the Wildebeest Migration. Arrive at your campsite for dinner and overnight stay as the sun sets over the savannah. Optional activities and accommodation upgrades available at extra cost.
On this day, as early as 06:30, you can do another early morning game drive, carrying your breakfast & lunch box. Spend much time in Serengeti doing game drives before starting your en route game drive towards Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive at the lodge, sunset watch at the Crater rim, dinner & overnight. Overnight at Ngorongoro Simba Campsite at the Crater rim. All meals included.
Begin your day with the first rays of the sun at 06:30, descending 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater floor for an exhilarating game drive. This wildlife-rich area boasts herds of wildebeest, elephants, eland, zebra, warthog, buffalo, and the rare black rhino. Spot the renowned Big Five – lion, leopard, buffalo, black rhino, and African elephant – within a single day. Enjoy a packed lunch at the crater floor before exploring further. Marvel at the denser population of predators, including lion, cheetah, hyena, jackal, and elusive leopard. Visit Lake Magadi, observing flamingos, hippos, and other aquatic birds. Afternoon game drives precede your departure to Arusha for an overnight stay or your journey home.
