Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, meet our representative and drive to Kibo Palace Hotel for an overnight stay. For those who will arrive early, the Hotel is situated in the center point of this beautiful City known as "Geneva of Africa", they will have chance to walk around, enjoy the scenery, you can also visit Maasai Market or local market and other shopping areas and have the best out of it.
After breakfast, a true African experience awaits. You will visit the Hadzabe, an ethnic minority and one of Tanzania’s last hunter-gatherer tribes. They have managed to maintain their traditional lifestyle until this day in this dry and mostly barren area. Thereafter you will pay a visit to the pastoral nomads and herdsmen, known as the Datoga tribe. The experience is completed with a stop at the blacksmiths where you will witness craftsmen in rather rudimentary working conditions. After this interactive cultural experience you will continue to Karatu, where you will arrive in the afternoon. Enjoy some free time – relax at the lodge or join an elephant cave walk (optional and at additional cost – please contact our consultants for more information). The day ends with dinner and an overnight stay at Octagon Lodge Breakfast; Lunch; Dinner.
Today you will drive into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and down into the Ngorongoro Crater for full day game drive. Grass steppes and acacia forests are home to almost all the species of animals found in the East African savannah. In only a few hours, you have the chance of spotting the four of the big five – lion, Elephant, Buffalo, and Rhino. After extensive game viewing and a picnic in the crater, you will leave the Ngorongoro Crater in the afternoon and travel back to Karatu to spend another night at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge
Today you will set off to the Serengeti National Park. After passing the crater highlands, you will soon see the plains of the southern Serengeti and start to understand the meaning of the word “Serengeti” which stands for endless plain. We will visit a Site of many archaeological discoveries, including the estimated 1.7-million- year –old Zinjanthropus boisei fossil. A small museum overlooks the gorge itself, and a guide there will tell you the story of the Leakey’s research and findings. After proceed to Serengeti where we can see animals such as, Elephants, Buffaloes, lions, Cheetahs, Hyenas, Giraffes, Zebras, Wildebeests, Topi, Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelle and many more can be seen. The Serengeti is also home to the largest animal migration on the planet. Depending on the time of the year and the location of the big herds. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Wild Camp.
These 2 days, will be the "Serengeti game viewing days". After breakfast this morning, enjoy an amazing game drive. The great diversity of Serengeti wildlife is evident here—look for buffalo, hippopotamus, elephant, giraffe, antelope, Thompson’s and Grant’s gazelle, and lions. If you are there during the spectacular wildebeest migration, you will be more than astonished. In the late afternoon we venture out in another game drive. Everywhere there are animals, monkeys and, yes, birds…but look closely and you will be thrilled to see the huge jungle cats—lion, leopard and cheetah—watching the world go by. And go by it does. Rhino, gazelle, antelope and massive elephants by the hundreds. Animals in the trees, flying, camouflaged in the bush, in rivers and in streams. This is the adventure of a lifetime! After breakfast, am game drive in Serengeti National Park with picnic lunch, until noon, where you will have again game drive to see the beauty of this great Park. Afternoon after lunch game en route to Ngorongoro Crater for Dinner and overnight at Africa Safari Camp Glamping.
Following breakfast transfer to Lake Manyara National Park, after paper work enter to the gate and your armed guide will be waiting for you ready for walking in this beautiful park, walking is w way of tasting our senses, and looking for small things which we miss during our game drives in the vehicle, like animal droppings, animal tracks, insects, plants and a way of doing exercise. Walking will take 1-2 hrs, then you will proceed with game drive. There is a profusion of wildlife in this small national park, and the amazing bird watching experience will certainly be rewarding to both a devote and first-time bird watcher. It is as well among the few places on the African continent to see the tree-climbing lions that will be your main quest for the day. Manyara in addition prides in a large flock of beautiful pink flamingos found near the lake. You will have lunch at picnic site. Dinner at the Lodge, then return for night game drive into the park again.
After breakfast, return to Arusha for lunch, then drop off at Kilimanjaro Airport for your departure flight. End of Service!
