Tour Plan
You will be picked up from the airport or hotel and be driven to Tarangire National Park; best known for the huge herds of elephant that you can see throughout the park. The day will also highlight the chance to see the wild cats, including lion, cheetah and the elusive leopard. Your game drive will take you up close to the animals. In the afternoon you will enjoy lunch by the Tarangire River at a picnic site where small monkeys will try to grab your meal. Later in the day you will travel to your hotel for dinner and your overnight stay.
After breakfast, you will check-out and head towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area as you make your way to the Serengeti National Park. In the Ngorongoro, you will stop at the viewpoint to enjoy the amazing landscape and have the chance to take memorable pictures. You will then continue your journey to Serengeti National Park. You will arrive in the afternoon. You will check-in at the Seronera campsite, have lunch and then head out for an evening game drive. After sunset you will return to camp for dinner and your overnight stay.
After an early breakfast you will embark on an early sunrise game drive and then head out to explore various parts of the park. Your travels will take you to where the animals have migrated. You can expect to see wildebeest and zebra in a strategic partnership to ensure their survival. A lot of big cats are present in the park; making it possible to witness an actual hunt. Later in the evening you will return to camp for dinner and your overnight stay.
After an early breakfast you will embark on a game drive to various regions of the park. You will then return to the camp for lunch. After lunch you will check-out and begin your journey back to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will arrive at the Simba Campsite; just at the top of the Ngorongoro Crater in the evening. Here you will check-in, have dinner and turn in early; in order to be ready for an early morning descent into the crater.
After an early breakfast you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater on a journey to find the Black rhino; the hardest animal to spot. Inside this beautiful crater you will experience Africa’s version of “Noah’s Ark”, with a vast variety of wildlife including elephant, hyena, big cats, rhino, and more. In the afternoon you will stop for lunch at the hippo lake and then enjoy another game drive as you ascend back up to the crater rim. You will return to camp, check-out and drive back to Arusha. Upon arrival in Arusha you will be dropped off at your choice of hotel or at the airport. This is where your safari will end.
