This safari is a budget camping tour for 1 night in each of the 4 parks we will visit. It includes 3 meals per day, camping gear, a mattress, a sleeping bag, Mosquito net, blankets, an English-speaking guide (or other language guide), and transportation. We will pick you up and drop you off from your hotel in Arusha town. This safari can be a private or group safari.

Tour Plan

You will be picked up from Arusha after breakfast. We will depart with picnic lunches at 0800 hours and proceed to Tarangire National Park for a full game drive. We will arrive at Tarangire and start a game drive for a half day. Inside the park you will have a chance to explore different wild animals such as tree climbing lions, elephants, giraffes, impalas, zebra, and more. Meals and overnight will be at Kizumba Campsite.

At 0800 hours, collect your lunch boxes and then drive to Lake Manyara. In Manyara you will explore island of the floodplain, a narrow belt of acacia woodland is the favoured hunt of Manyara’s legendary tree-climbing lions and impressively tusked elephants. Squadrons of banded mongoose dart between the acacias, while the diminutive Kirk’s dik-dik forage in the shade. Pairs of klipspringer are often seen silhouetted on the rocks above a field of searing hot springs that steams and bubbles adjacent to the lakeshore in the far south of the park. We will have a game drive en route in the park until the late afternoon. Then you will head to Kizumba Campsite for dinner and overnight.

Collect your lunch boxes and then drive to Serengeti National Park. You will have a game drive en route in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Serengeti is believed to have highest concentration of elephants in all the national parks in East Africa. It is also a place where, magnificent mammals like Kudu (both Greater and Lesser), Sable, and Roan antelopes can easily be spotted in Miombo woodland. The male Kudu have beautiful spiraled horns while male Sable antelope have impressive curved horns. The park is also a habitat for endangered wild dogs. Other animals in the park include lion, leopard, cheetah, giraffe, zebra, eland, impala, bat eared fox, and Jackal. Continue the game drive in Serengeti until late in the evening and then head to Seronera Campsite for dinner and overnight.

At 0630 after breakfast, we will collect lunch boxes and head out in Serengeti National Park for a full day game drive. The Serengeti National Park is believed to have the highest concentration of elephants in all the national parks in East Africa. It is also a place where magnificent mammals like Kudu (both Greater and Lesser), Sable, and Roan antelopes can easily be spotted in Miombo woodland. Continue the game drive in Serengeti until late in the evening when you will head to Seronera Campsite for dinner and overnight.

At 0630 hours, depart from the camp for an early morning game drive in Serengeti. At 0830 hours, return to the camp for breakfast and then proceed to Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a game drive en route. You will arrive at Simba Camp and check in for dinner and overnight.

At 07h00 you will have breakfast at your leisure. At 08h00 descend the crater rim for a full day tour until 1600 horus. You will stop for a picnic lunch. Tanzania's 'secret garden' which contains a hidden world teeming with, the Ngorongoro Crater, includes most of the animal species found in East Africa. Approximately 25,000 large animals, mostly ungulates, live in the crater. Large animals in the crater include the black rhinoceros (Diceros bicornis) and the hippopotamus. There also are many other ungulates: the wildebeest, Burchell's zebra, and crocodiles (Crocodylus niloticus). Cheetah (Acinonyx jubatus), African wild dog (Lycaon pictus), and leopard (Panthera pardus) are rarely seen. Later return to campsite for dinner and overnight

At 0700 hours, you will have breakfast at leisure your. Collect snacks or lunch boxes for a half day game drive en route to Arusha. On the way you can have the option of visiting the Maasai Village for an additional cost. Otherwise take a game drive en route until the late afternoon and then drive back to Arusha town. On arrival in Arusha town we will drop you off at your hotel/lodge or hostel.
