Wild gaze Safaris welcomes you to enjoy Seven Days and Six Nights of Unforgettable Safari in Southern Tanzania parks of Udzungwa Mountains and Magnificent Ruaha. From Dar es Salaam to Udzungwa Mountains then Iringa town to Ruaha and from Ruaha you will drive to Iringa town via Isimila stone Ages site.

Tour Plan
You will be picked from Dar Es Salaam (5/6 hours’ drive) and taken to Udzungwa Mountain National Park where we will check in at Udzungwa Twiga hotel where will enjoy dinner and a nights rest.
After breakfast you will have the option to relax in and around the Park or join the guide on a 5/6 hour leisurely hike through the rainforest, partaking of a packed lunch passing the Sanje Waterfalls, on the way to the mountain top. During our walk we should see both the black and white and colobus monkeys. Returning to our accommodation for dinner.
Enjoy breakfast and depart for Iringa, the journey will embrace some stunning scenery, mountains, valleys and quaint African villages. We will lunch on route. We arrive and check in to the famous Neema Craft Lodge for dinner and overnight accommodation.
Breakfast is followed by a 2.5 hour drive to the beautiful Ruaha National Park. The journey will be made more interesting as you listen to the tales of the famous Chief Mkwawa of the Hehe tribe from Iringa passing by the museum. We will check in for three nights at the Old Government Bandas. Enjoy lunch followed by an evening game drive and dinner.
Depart at 6 am to witness an African sunrise whilst on our early morning game drive. Return to camp around 8.30 for breakfast. After a short rest, take another game drive until lunch time. The last of our three drives will commence at approximately 3 p.m. until 6.30 p.m. when we return for dinner.
We will breakfast at the Bandas, load our vehicle with packed lunches and drinks and depart for an all-day game drive. Watching the sun retreat over the horizon before returning for dinner.
An early morning 2.5 hour walking safari before breakfast, after which we will return to Iringa calling on route at the Isimila Stone Age Site. We will enjoy dinner and our final night’s accommodation at Neema Craft Lodge.
NB: Guests may opt to depart by using public transport to Dar Es Salaam.
