takes you deeper into the wild as you travel to the central region of the Serengeti, famous for its expansive plains and abundant wildlife. Here, you may encounter lions lounging in the tall grass, cheetahs on the prowl, and large herds of buffalo. The park is home to a diverse array of birds, including the vulturine guineafowl and the kori bustard. After enjoying a picnic lunch amidst the stunning scenery, you’ll unwind at the Serena Hotel in Serengeti, reflecting on the day’s incredible sightings over a delightful dinner.
Eastern Serengeti offers a more rugged and remote experience, making it ideal for spotting elusive predators such as cheetahs and leopards. Dinner and overnight accommodation is at Melia Serengeti offering another affordable and immersive Luxury experience
Starts with an early morning hot air balloon safari, offering breathtaking views of the Serengeti's vast expanse. As you float above the plains, watch for herds of wildebeest and zebra migrating across the landscape. After your balloon ride, enjoy a bush breakfast, then embark on a game drive to spot hippos in the waterholes and a variety of bird species, including the colorful Marabou stork. After lunch, you’ll depart the Serengeti and travel to the Serena Hotel in Ngorongoro for a serene evening surrounded by nature.
Dedicate your day to exploring the Ngorongoro Crater, a unique volcanic caldera teeming with wildlife. Within this enclosed ecosystem, you may have the chance to see the Big Five—lion, leopard, rhinoceros, elephant, and buffalo—alongside other species such as the endangered black rhino. The crater also serves as a sanctuary for many bird species, including flamingos and ostriches. After a scenic picnic lunch, you’ll return to Acacia Farm House for dinner and a peaceful overnight stay.
Your safari adventure concludes with a visit to **Lake Eyasi**, a remote and culturally rich area in the Great Rift Valley. The lake is home to two fascinating indigenous groups: the **Hadzabe** and the **Datoga** tribes. The Hadzabe, one of the last remaining hunter-gatherer societies in the world, still practice ancient methods of hunting and foraging. During your time at Lake Eyasi, you’ll have the unique opportunity to spend time with the Hadzabe and join them on a traditional hunting excursion. The Datoga people, semi-nomadic pastoralists, offer another insight into Tanzania’s diverse cultures. Stay in an exquisite **5-star lodge** that combines luxury with authentic local style. Here, you’ll experience a cultural exchange like no other, as you gain a rare glimpse into their daily lives, customs, and traditions. After your cultural immersion, you’ll enjoy a relaxing evening with high-end dining and spa treatments to unwind before your departure.
