This 6 day safari in Selous Nyerere , Mikumi and Udzungwa Mountain Safari, probably the only classic safari to the southern circuit of Tanzania. Starting and ending at Dar es Salaam, this safari takes you to the greater Selous ecosystem and gives you the rare chance to experience real African wilderness in the few untouched areas of Tanzania. This safari gives you the opportunity to be in the secluded middle of an African wilderness with the whole savannah almost for your own.

Tour Plan
You will be picked from hotel at 08:00am driving to Nyerere it will 5hrs to reach, arriving Lodge for hot lunch then evening you have Boat safari in Rufiji River where you can see a hippos, crocodiles, sunset, birds etc, this safari stating at 4:00pm to 18:30pm sun set. Dinner and overnight at Mloka Safari Loge .
After breakfast at 08:30am with your lunch packed will drive to Nyerere National Park former Selous Game Reserve, for full day game view. The Park is famous for its elephants, lions, wild dogs, buffaloes, bushbuck, impalas, elands, baboons, zebras and greater kudus. It was originally set aside as a hunting area where animals are abundant but more shy than in the Northern Parks. Dinner and overnight at Mloka Safari Lodge.
Early morning tea or coffee at the Camp, then start Bushman walking safaris at06:00am, the most exciting experience, unique in Tanzania you will walk for 2.5hrs, back to Camp for breakfast, after breakfast starting 8hrs driving to Mikumi through morogoro were you can see a good views of
Uluguru Mountains on the way, arriving Mikumi early evening around 18:30pm, Dinner and overnight in Camp Bastian.
Today after breakfast with lunch packed you will have a full day of game-viewing drives around Mikumi. There is a rich variety of bird species and large numbers of giraffes, buffaloes, and elephants close to the waterholes, as well as lions, leopards, and hippos. Furthermore, you can also see zebras, lions, wild dogs, pythons, hartebeests, wildebeests, elephants, impalas, warthogs, eland, and other antelopes. Several observation towers enable you to look at the park in its entirety. Mikumi National Park is mostly miombo woodland with gently rolling hills. Dinner and overnight will be at the Mikumi Camp Bastian .
Morning after breakfast at 07:00am, with lunch packed drive one and half hours to Udzungwa mountain for trekking mountain Udzungwa through Sanje water falls, 6 to 7hrs to the top and come down, Udzungwa mountain it is not very steep it is vertical mountain trekking and there is a nice views and water falls, you can spend time there at the same time you may swim before you have lunch , drive back to Mikumi Camp Bastian.
Morning after breakfast at 07:30 drive back to Dar es Salaam arriving around 15:00pm will drop you to the hotel, it is possible to drop you airport also if you have flight.
